This 800W handheld fiber laser welding machine has a medium welding strength, which makes it suitable for welding small or medium pieces of different metals, such as miller spot welds and metallic frame welds. It can also be used at home.

1. Laser source

A laser source has a better absorbance rate for metal materials. The lifespan is 100,000 hours. It doesn't require any maintenance, the laser beam is of good quality, it has stable performance, and it is easy to control, which means a better welding result is guaranteed.

2. Control software

The touch screen and simple interface make it easy to set parameters. Most of our customers can learn to operate it in less than 2 hours. The software works in more than 15 languages, including Chinese, English, Korean, French, Japanese, Hungarian, Russian, Spanish, Polish, Czech, Slovak, German, Finnish, Norwegian, Greek and more.

3. Hand-held

Independent R&D of swinging welding joints makes up for the defect of micro-facula in laser welding, expands the tolerance range, and welds the width of mechanical parts in order to obtain a better weld seam. Smooth and fine welding shall reduce the subsequent grinding and polishing process, saving time and money.

4. Water cooling system

This handheld welder includes a separate water cooling system.

5. Auto-wire feeder

An auto-wire feeder is optional. It is matched with a special wire feeder to meet the welding of products with large gaps while achieving a better welding effect.
