Product description
Rust removal, paint removal, oil removal and oxide removal of metal surfaces are currently the most widely used areas of laser cleaning. Floating rust removal requires the lowest laser power density, which can be achieved by using ultra-high-energy pulsed lasers or even continuous lasers with poor beam quality. In addition to the dense oxide layer, a near-single-mode MOPA laser with a higher power density and a pulse energy of about 1.5 mJ is generally required. For other pollutants, the appropriate light source should be selected according to its light absorption characteristics and ease of cleaning.
