Product description


The tire mold is an important tool used in the tire production process (vulcanization process). Long-term use of the molds will produce many deposits, such as sulfide, inorganic matter, silicone oil, carbon black, etc. Therefore, they need to be cleaned regularly to ensure the cleanliness of the surface. Due to the irregular and complex patterns of the mold, the traditional cleaning method can leave some spots dirty, which will affect the quality of the tire.
